If you purchase artwork from third parties (including galleries, dealers, or auction houses), those transactions are between you and the third party. We do not provide refunds for third party art purchases, and we are not responsible for third party refund policies.

This website may be accessed worldwide, but it is not intended to be used where such use is prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
