Any artwork sale will be governed by the invoice, bill of sale, or other written terms provided for that transaction. Those transaction-specific terms may address price, taxes, payment, shipping, insurance, delivery, returns, cancellations, and other applicable matters. If transaction-specific terms conflict with these website Terms of Use, the transaction-specific terms will control for that sale.

Title to an artwork and risk of loss will transfer only as stated in the applicable transaction documents. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer the copyright or any reproduction, publication, adaptation, distribution, or commercial-use rights unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by me.

International sales and shipments are subject to applicable customs, import, export, sanctions, and trade laws. Unless otherwise stated in the written sale terms, the buyer is responsible for obtaining any required import authorization and paying applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and related fees in the destination country. I do not guarantee the issuance of permits, approval by customs authorities, or a particular customs-clearance time. Any cancellation, refund, or additional cost resulting from delayed or denied clearance will be governed by the written terms of the applicable artwork sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to decline any inquiry, refuse or cancel any proposed transaction before a binding written sale agreement is formed, limit the availability of any artwork, and discontinue communications or negotiations at any time, with or without explanation. Nothing on this website obligates me to enter into or continue any business relationship.

This discretion will not be exercised for any reason prohibited by applicable law. It does not alter any obligation under a binding written sale agreement or completed transaction.

If you join the Collector Waiting List, you will receive notifications about new or available artwork and related updates. To administer the list, I may collect and use the full name, email address, and telephone number you provide.

Submitting the form authorizes me to use this information to administer the Collector Waiting List, provide the requested communications, respond to you, and contact you by email or a manually placed telephone call concerning an artwork.

Providing a telephone number does not authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls or marketing text messages.

If you subscribe through a sign-up form appearing with Artwork Releases, you request email notifications of new posts and related updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting me through the website.

Joining the Collector Waiting List or subscribing to Artwork Releases does not create a contractual relationship, reserve or hold an artwork, establish a guaranteed priority, or complete a sale. Any artwork sale must be confirmed in writing in accordance with Section 5.
